As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and distributing engaging content, supporting the marketing team in implementing strategies, and contributing to our overall growth and success.


  • Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Create high-engagement content that aligns with our brand's voice across multiple channels that deliver compelling messaging to our target audience through:
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Leading the development of case studies, featuring ideal customers.
  • Writing blog articles that deliver compelling messaging to our target audience.
  • Creating monthly newsletters that showcase our thinking and product updates.
  • Updating website content as required, e.g. inspiration videos.
  • Run video production projects, particularly customer stories, from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of high quality.
  • Manage our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.


  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and video production.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience managing video production projects from concept to completion.
  • Proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Graphic design skills (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Marketing Software certification (desirable).
