Compensation: $18–$25 CAD/hour + performance-based bonuses and commission

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Co-op to help expand our channel partnerships and sales pipeline for DermEngine and OptimaScan. You’ll play an important role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads through consultative, value-based conversations—not just selling products, but solving real problems for clinicians and partners.
This position combines sales development, market research, and relationship-building in an environment where technology, AI, and healthcare intersect.
Key Responsibilities
Research and qualify new prospects (clinics, hospitals, distributors, resellers)
Support channel development initiatives and regional partner mapping
Conduct consultative outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn—focusing on customer needs and value creation
Assist the sales team in preparing demos, follow-ups, and sales presentations
Maintain and organize CRM records in HubSpot
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns for targeted outreach
Track KPIs like meetings booked, conversion rates, and partner engagement
Stay up to date on AI trends and digital health technologies to strengthen product positioning
Requirements
Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and passionate about AI, SaaS, or medical technology
Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
