We're looking for an Insurance Product Associate or Manager to join our Commercial & Insurance Team, where you'll have a hands-on role in delivering our insurance products and the experiences that bring them to life for customers.

In the UK, we offer personal property insurance for things like mobile phones, home contents and other valuables, with other products coming soon. What You’ll Do

As our first Insurance Product Associate/Manager in the UK, you’ll have a hands-on role in developing and managing our insurance products, and the experiences that bring them to life for customers.

You'll be working closely with, and reporting directly to, our Chief Commercial & Insurance Officer in the UK.

Your role will be varied and change over time as you (and we!) grow, but initially you’ll be involved in things like:

• supporting the development and launch of some exciting new insurance products. Everything from helping with products documents, to working with the Design and Product & Platform teams to create the sales and servicing experiences that underpin the product;
  
• maintaining our existing insurance products, helping to drive continuous improvements;
  
• supporting our day-to-day relationships with our external claims partners, including working with them to optimise the claims experience for our customers; and
  
• supporting our day-to-day relationships with our underwriting partners, including reporting.
