Key aspects of this role

  • Full cycle sales > Hold quota, generate pipeline (outbound), run product demonstrations, manage enterprise stakeholders through to sales close, handover to Customer Success
  • Face of the Business > Actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events
  • Systems we use > Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Zoom (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording/coaching)
  • Collaboration with Departments > Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product and external Partners.

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • Software Sales experience > 4+ years experience in Software Sales
  • Enterprise experience > Working with enterprise customers & Senior stakeholders
  • Construction experience > Not essential but a huge bonus if you’ve worked in construction or construction-technology
  • Track record > Of full cycle sales experience across small, medium and large enterprise deals
  • Exceptional communicator > Excellent verbal and written communication, including enterprise contract negotiation skills
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • Hands On & Detailed > Get stuck in, no job is too small, operationally strong
  • Growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this.

Our culture

  • Remote First - work from anywhere in the UK (however focus on North of England - please note target client base will cover the North so this role will require travel in region) - we were remote-first before Covid, have established processes around collaboration/culture to ensure inclusiveness & engagement. We have social events & annual off-sites (in person).

  • £80 - 120k OTE + Pension (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 2 hours]
  • You’ll receive a short assessment to complete
  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves.
