As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can help shape the future of our tools, with a strong focus on designing seamless and intuitive user experiences in a complex domain.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end design projects from discovery through delivery, with a primary focus on UX excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve real user problems and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand our customers’ workflows and needs.
• Design clear, scalable, and intuitive interfaces for complex data-heavy experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs and business goals.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Advocate for UX best practices and bring a user-centered mindset to the team.

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience designing digital products (preferably B2B SaaS or complex data-driven tools).
• Proven strength in UX design, from research to IA to interaction design.
• Comfortable owning the full product design process—from research to final UI—with a flexible, hands-on approach.
• Experience designing for technical or industrial products.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (we use Figma).
• Design QA efforts to bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring high-quality implementation of designs.
• Experience working in agile environments.
