We are assisting a portfolio company to find their next VP Finance. This is a high impact opportunity to lead the finance function of a high growth SaaS startup as they scale revenue toward and beyond $50mm ARR.

What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic financial and operational insights to support decision-making
• Ensure the finance function is set up effectively for scale in terms of both operations and personel
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
• Monitor and analyse financial performance and key SaaS metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team
• Lead financial risk management initiatives
• External fundraising and board reporting
• Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and potential M&A activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and investors
