What you'll do
As a senior Frontend engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge financial solutions. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide. You will work alongside a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our Embedded Finance products from concept to launch, while shaping the future of finance.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Innovate: Build cutting-edge frontend financial solutions that directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide using ReactJS.
Collaborate and Create: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring Embedded Finance products from concept to launch.
Understand and Empathize: Dive deep into customer needs and challenges, leveraging strong product sense to design and implement UI solutions that truly resonate with users.
Measure and Optimize: Leverage data to drive decisions, measure product success, and identify opportunities for frontend optimization and growth.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
Experienced and Technically Proficient: Possess a wealth of experience in frontend software development, underpinned by robust expertise in ReactJS and Node.JS. Approach work as a craftsman of comprehensive user-facing solutions, setting high technical standards and leading by example.
Empathetic and Insightful: Driven by deep empathy for customer needs during the development process to create intuitive, impactful products that enrich user experiences.
Data-Driven and Analytical: View data as a critical tool to inform frontend decision-making, interpret user data to enhance product performance, and elevate user satisfaction.
Collaborative and Knowledge-Sharing: Committed to sharing knowledge and ideas, mentoring peers, and promoting a learning culture within team settings.
Adaptable and Continuously Learning: Agility and eagerness to adopt new frontend skills and technologies in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience building complex web applications within fintech, digital payments, or transaction-heavy platforms.
Deep knowledge of frontend build tools, performance tuning, and optimizing web application scalability for global user bases.
