About the Team
The Airwallex Software Sales team is a new enterprise sales team focused on consultative
selling to expand our software presence within the largest and fastest-growing businesses in the UK.
Our industry leading AI-first financial software solutions are built atop Airwallex's global financial infrastructure, enabling Enterprise businesses to extract more value for their teams and customers through a “one stop” solution significantly reducing cost and freeing up resources for businesses to grow.
As the leader of our Software sales, you will be a key leader in our go-to-market strategy,
responsible for recruiting and leading a team of Account Executives alongside helping to shape
our agentic finance roadmap through deep customer understanding and solutioning and
collaboration with our product team
What You'll Do
Build a world-class organization and establish the blueprint for leveraging AI-enabled
financial software to propel finance teams and businesses forward into the AI era
Land our proposition of accounts payable software plus the building of AI agents for
finance teams in the market
Lead and drive sales growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, excellent
customer service, and outstanding execution.
Oversee the expansion of Airwallex's software footprint within UK Enterprise businesses.
Shape our ideal candidate profile, make hiring decisions, and optimize our onboarding
strategy.
Structure and focus go-to-market initiatives and software sales campaigns explored by
the product team. Drive execution and measurement, analyze results, and provide timely
recommendations for action.
Define key sales support mechanisms, processes, and programs to accommodate rapid
business growth and achieve revenue and market development objectives.
Responsibilities
Recruit and lead a team of Account Executives dedicated to expanding our software
footprint within the enterprise segment in the UK market.
Drive deal strategy and collaborate across the business to ensure a healthy pipeline,
strong funnel conversion, high win rates, and margin preservation across the portfolio.
Work effectively across the organization to influence Airwallex's product roadmap and
promote best practices for selling and forecasting.
Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, managing executive relationships.
Be accountable for delivering revenue growth.
Who You Are
10+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
Proven ability to hire, coach, and motivate high-performance sales teams.
Ability to articulate evolving and complex technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms.

Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy, capable of creating
clarity and structure.
A strong aptitude for collaborating effectively with a diverse range of internal and
external stakeholders.
Experience in scoping and managing strategic projects, incorporating input from
cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in financial services, the payments industry, AI, or B2B SaaS.
