About the role
As a GTM & Ecosystem Partnerships Senior Manager/ Director you will be joining as a core member of the Benelux Commercial team. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with Ecosystem partners , spinning up these integrations, programs and executing the strategy in the BNL and Nordics. You will be involved in expanding Airwallex’s existing relationships across various verticals, helping to shape the future of our Partner strategy across the region.
We are seeking a strategic, creative and data-driven manager, who has successfully scaled 3rd parties partnerships, including but not limited to Orchestrators, ERPs, accelerators, VCs, and the wider startup ecosystem within a comparable organisation to drive the next phase of our growth. Experience in Fintech and Payments in a bonus.
We operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week of working from the office (RIVVIA - Keizersgracht 127, Amsterdam).
What You'll Be Doing...
You will lead, own, and develop a partnerships strategy for the orchestrators, ERPs, the startup and VC ecosystem that aligns with our regional business vision
You will coordinate due diligence processes with prospective partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product and Legal
You will be responsible for the activation of partners, working with the EMEA Marketing and Sales teams to maximise commercial impact
You will position yourself as an industry expert in the ecosystem and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers in the industry
You will represent Airwallex at events and conferences, as well as speak on relevant panels and webinars
What You Bring...
Experience working with Saas and technology companies and understand how to run product-led partnerships end-to-end
Demonstrable interest in the fintech, e-commerce, and/or travel sectors
An existing network of VC and PE relationships that you can utilise to build this programme (preferably in Saas, eCommerce, and Travel)
Very comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients
6+ years of work experience in a partnerships, strategy, or product role, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (Saas, fintech, or equivalent)
