What you’ll do
As the Senior Associate for Field Marketing in SEA, you will be responsible for the execution of regional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate sales pipeline across priority Southeast Asian markets. You will coordinate end-to-end field programs, working closely with regional Sales, Product Marketing, and SDR teams to deliver high-impact physical and virtual experiences.
This role is highly execution-focused and "hands-on." You will support the regional field marketing calendar, manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure every field initiative is tracked and optimized for ROI.
Responsibilities:
Execute the SG field marketing calendar aligned to regional revenue and pipeline targets, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate localized field initiatives including executive roundtables, flagship conferences, industry trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups that create net-new demand.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event lead processing.
Adapt and localize marketing collateral and messaging for the SEA market, ensuring case studies and event materials resonate with local buyers.
Support multi-channel promotion for field events across email, social media, and SDR outreach to maximize registration and high-quality attendance.
Track and report on KPIs for event performance, including lead capture, opportunity creation, and event ROI; maintain data hygiene within Salesforce.
Manage regional vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective services.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated from field activities.
Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all regional events and field activations.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a heavy focus on field marketing or event management within the fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sectors in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Proven track record of executing high-impact events that successfully generate sales pipeline and engage mid-market or enterprise stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks, specifically Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and event management software (e.g. Splashthat).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to communicate effectively with internal sales stakeholders and external vendors.
A "get-it-done" attitude—you are comfortable moving from high-level coordination to the granular details of event set-up and lead uploading.
Deep understanding of the Singapore and SEA business landscape, with an appreciation for local market nuances.
Preferred qualifications:
Additional SEA languages are a plus.
