About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Growth Operations Specialist to accelerate inbound revenue by owning and optimizing the customer journey from initial inquiry through to activation.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Operations, playing a critical part in improving conversion rates, shortening onboarding timelines, and increasing product adoption. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Compliance, and Support to remove friction, unblock deals, and ensure customers move seamlessly through onboarding.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re commercially minded, highly proactive, and obsessed with driving outcomes, not just completing tasks.
Note : This role is based in Bangalore.
What You’ll Do
Drive Conversion & Onboarding Velocity
Own the onboarding funnel by guiding customers through KYC and documentation requirements, coordinating reviews, and proactively removing friction to accelerate time-to-activation and improve conversion rates.
Unblock Revenue
Act as an extension of the sales team by identifying and resolving blockers across onboarding, compliance, and customer experience — ensuring deals continue progressing without delays.
Improve Activation & Early Lifecycle
Partner with Sales to support customers post-signup, driving faster activation and increasing early product adoption.
Own Customer Momentum
Serve as a key point of contact for inbound prospects, resolving queries quickly and effectively to maintain engagement and reduce drop-off.
Optimize Systems & Workflows
Continuously identify inefficiencies across tools, processes, and customer journeys, and implement scalable improvements that increase team productivity and conversion.
Turn Data into Action
Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights that improve funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, Customer Support, or similar roles
Strong commercial mindset with ownership over conversion and revenue outcomes
Highly KPI-driven with a bias for action and accountability
Proven problem-solver who can identify issues and independently drive solutions
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent attention to detail, especially in compliance and documentation workflows

Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
Preferred Experience
Experience with KYC, onboarding, or compliance processes
Background in fintech, payments, or regulated evironments
