About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Sales Operations Associate / Analyst to support our sales organisation across Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, you will help ensure that sales and channel teams have accurate data, effective processes, and actionable insights to improve execution and revenue performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and learning how a high-growth commercial organisation operates.

What you will do

  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and completeness across all CRM records.

  • Deliver key sales performance tracking and routine updates to commercial teams.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of channel operations—spanning onboarding, profiling, contracting, and commission calculations—by verifying deal data, partner eligibility, payout statements, and relevant commission logic.

  • Develop and refine commercial operational frameworks, including policies, SOPs, playbooks, and channel workflows.

  • Troubleshoot data and process discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive actionable, effective solutions.

What you will bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related area (relevant internship experience is welcomed for entry-level candidates).

  • Analytical Capability: Skilled in data analytics tools to gather, evaluate, and present data, turning information into strategic insights for decision-making.

  • Operational Precision: High attention to detail paired with a methodical style for managing data integrity and operational workflows.

  • Execution & Ownership: Proactive problem solver who takes complete responsibility from identifying operational issues through to full resolution.

  • Adaptability: Proven capability to handle multiple competing priorities and consistently hit milestones within a fast-moving setting.

  • Communication Skills: Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

  • Familiarity with sales-funnel metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue reporting, or channel performance management.

  • Exposure to partner operations, channel programmes, incentive plans, or commission calculations.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualisation, or business intelligence tools.

  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, payments, fintech, or other high-growth environment.

  • Exposure to regional or cross-border stakeholder collaboration.
