As Customer Marketer, you will play a crucial role in strengthening Ambience’s credibility and market influence. You will develop and manage a robust portfolio of case studies, establish strategic relationships with industry analysts, and engage key customer champions to drive advocacy. This role requires a strategic storyteller, skilled relationship-builder, and program manager who can translate customer success into impactful marketing assets that drive awareness, trust, and adoption.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Build a case study pipeline with Care Transformation and Product teams, prioritizing high-impact customers.
Create compelling case studies showcasing measurable outcomes (adoption, ROI, burnout reduction, patient care).
Streamline approvals to ensure timely production and distribution.
Engage analysts (Gartner, Elion, KLAS) through briefings and deliver analyst-ready materials (case studies, data sheets, white papers).
Provide regular updates on product innovation, customer success, and market trends.
Identify and engage key champions within health systems and industry networks.
Develop structured engagement plans to keep champions informed, motivated, and advocating for Ambience.
Equip champions with tailored messaging, collateral, and speaking opportunities (events, interviews, analyst briefings).
Track and optimize engagement, measuring champions’ impact on brand perception and influence.
What You’ve Done:
Content Development & Storytelling – Skilled in crafting compelling, data-driven case studies that showcase customer impact.
Relationship Building – Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with analysts, customers, and industry influencers.
Program Management – Experience in building and optimizing engagement programs, tracking champion involvement, and ensuring advocacy success.
Market & Industry Insight – Deep understanding of healthcare AI trends and key buyer personas to inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works effectively with Product, Care Transformation, PMM, and Content teams to align messaging and priorities.

Base compensation range for this position is 129k-226k.
