Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Marketing and Care Transformation to identify and highlight customer champions at events.

Assist in developing event collateral, briefing materials, attendee communications, and follow-up messaging.
Maintain and update a shared library of decks, templates, and reusable event materials.
Ensure Ambience’s messaging and customer stories are accurately reflected across assets.
Operations, Data & Reporting
Manage registrations, attendee engagement, and outcomes in CRM and ABM platforms.
