🌎 About Askable
Hey, we’re Askable - the world’s most loved user research platform. Loved by whom you ask? Deliveroo, Tesco, Pizza Hut, BBC, Mastercard and hundreds more. Not bad right?
Askable has been changing the game in research and insights since 2017. Although we spent our first five years living the bootstrapped life, we’ve recently secured a significant venture capital round to, well, scale up.
Headquartered in Brisbane, and with operations now spanning Australia, the UK, and the US, we’re looking to bring on the right people to help us get to the next level.

💡 About the role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing programs that build pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and grow Askable's presence in the UK.
You'll work closely with our global marketing team to shape strategy, then own execution on the ground. Events will be your primary channel — but not the predictable kind. You'll design experiences that enterprise product and UX leaders actually want to attend: intimate dinners, sharp roundtables, creative activations that reflect how Askable thinks. No lanyards-and-lukewarm-coffee energy.
Beyond events, you'll build and nurture our community of practitioners, run webinars that genuinely add value, and capture customer stories that fuel our marketing engine. You'll partner with sales to ensure every program contributes to pipeline — and with marketing and design to keep everything unmistakably on-brand.
This role blends strategic input with hands-on execution. You'll help shape the plan, then roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

🛠 What you’ll do
Partner with the global marketing team to plan and execute field marketing strategy for the UK market
Plan and deliver a mix of in-person events, from executive dinners and customer roundtables to creative activations
Design and run virtual programs including webinars, workshops, and online community touchpoints
Identify, nurture, and empower community ambassadors and advocates to run their own Askable-branded events, extending our reach through people who genuinely love what we do
Partner with sales to align on targets, accelerate deals, and ensure strong follow-through from every program
Source and develop customer stories, working with customers and internal teams to capture compelling proof points
Build strategic partnerships with complementary brands to co-create experiences and extend reach
Create repeatable systems and processes for planning, execution, and follow-up, without sacrificing creativity
Track performance through clear metrics: registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and program ROI
Collaborate with marketing and design to ensure all programs align with brand, campaign, and community goals
––––––––––––––––––––
🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring
3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS (not consumer events, weddings, or festivals)
A marketing-first mindset: you understand how events and community programs contribute to pipeline across the full funnel
Experience designing programs that stand out, creative, brand-led experiences that people actually talk about
Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Ability to identify and nurture community voices, turning attendees into advocates
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), and webinar platforms
Understanding of lead capture, attribution, and event funnel performance
Confident communicator who can build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

🚀 The mindset you’ll need
Winning with your team: You’ll be proud of the individual work you do, but find winning as team ultimately more fulfilling. This includes having the emotional maturity to give and receive constructive feedback to better the team as a whole.
Independence and curiosity: You won’t find cabinets full of step by step instructions at Askable. You’ll need to think on your feet, manage your own workflow, problem-solve roadblocks, proactively ask questions, and take responsibility for the goals you set.
Growth focussed: You’ll enjoy the idea of a stretch goal and always be looking for opportunities to improve yourself, your team, and the business.
Quick to learn: You’ll bring an ability to quickly learn and understand our product solutions and features, and keep up to date as our offerings evolve.

🦄 Our culture
Our culture drives everything we do. We live it, breathe it, and work every day to make Askable a place where people can thrive.
We believe work should be fulfilling, exciting, and meaningful.
Here, you’re not just part of a team. You’re part of a community that cares about what they’re building and how they’re building it.
In fact, we take culture so seriously that we wrote a book on it. Our Culture Book guides what we stand for, how we work, and the values that unite us—because nothing beats winning with a team you genuinely love working with.
