💡 About the role

As our Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our growing tech business.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial processes running smoothly, from handling invoicing and reconciliations to supporting the month-end reporting and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, improving processes, and contributing to a fast-paced, scaling environment.

🛠 What you’ll do

• Vendor onboarding, process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the GL

• Raise and issue customer invoices, manage billing enquiries and cash collections

• Maintain accurate AR records, driven by weekly debtors reporting

• Manage expense claims and corporate credit cards

• Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain accurate general ledger records

• BAS lodgement

• Support the wider finance team as required

🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring

To hit the ground running in this role you’ll need at least 3 years experience working as a Finance Officer as well as:

• A qualification in accounting and bookkeeping (Cert IV or similar)

• The ability to submit BAS

• Confidence working with ERP systems and Excel

• The ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders

• A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to support a growing business
