💡 About the role

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of one of the hardest and most important problems at Askable:

👉 building a global B2B participant panel that is active and engaged

Not just bigger.
Not just cheaper.

👉 Better. More reliable. Ready before it’s needed.

You’ll be responsible for making sure we can confidently say “yes” when a customer asks for:

  • a fintech decision-maker in Singapore

  • a small business owner in Germany

  • a healthcare professional in the US

…and doing it quickly, consistently, and at scale. This isn’t a traditional growth role. It actually sits in our Customer Support and Delivery team.

There’s no playbook. No single channel to optimise. You’ll need to figure it out.

🛠 What you’ll do

Grow Askable’s B2B participant panel across regions, industries, and niche audiences.

Identify where we’re strong, where we’re thin, and where we need to get ahead of demand - then go and relentlessly solve it.

Run acquisition strategies across paid, partnerships, referrals, and unconventional channels, with a focus on precision, not just reach.

Own the funnel end-to-end: Look beyond acquisition. Improve how people sign up, qualify, and actually take part in research. Find where people drop off - and fix it. Work with Product to improve onboarding, activation, and engagement.

Make the system work: This is a marketplace problem. You’ll work closely with Delivery and Customer teams to understand demand - and build supply that matches it. Balance tradeoffs between cost, speed, and quality - especially in hard to reach audiences. Turn one-off wins into repeatable systems we can scale globally.

Experiment relentlessly: Test ideas quickly. Measure what matters. Double down on what works and move on from what doesn’t. No vanity metrics. No busy work. Just outcomes.

Think globally, work closely with regional teams: We operate across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas - and growth is rarely one-size-fits-all. You’ll adapt strategies by market, audience, and context, working directly with teams in each region to guide priorities and support delivery.

You’ll be based in the AU timezone, with regular alignment across regions to stay connected and keep things moving - without this being a round-the-clock role.

🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring

You’ve probably worked in growth, marketplaces, or operational roles where you had to own an outcome - not just contribute to it.

You don’t need to have done this exact job before. But you do need to show that you can take something complex and make it work.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience growing something: a funnel, a marketplace, a system, or a product

  • Strong analytical instincts: you can spot patterns, make calls, and adjust quickly

  • Experience running experiments and learning from them

  • Ability to operate without a clear playbook

  • Clear, direct communication: you can explain what’s happening and what needs to change

  • A bias toward action: you don’t get stuck in planning when you could be testing

Bonus points for

  • Experience targeting B2B or professional audiences

  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces or supply/demand environments

  • Experience working across multiple regions

  • Comfort testing unconventional or scrappy growth approaches
