💡 About the role

As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our growing tech business. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Manager will take ownership for building the frameworks necessary to support our business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, improving processes, and contributing to a fast-paced, scaling environment.

🛠 What you’ll do

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Support SaaS metric analysis - ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, ACV etc

• Maintain cash flow forecasting to stay on top of cash

• Develop financial models to identify growth opportunities.

Corporate Governance and Operational Efficiency

• Develop scalable accounting systems for global operations.

• Build out and refine processes and procedures to ensure the way we do things are growing as fast as the business

• Collaborate with external tax advisors for compliance.

• Lead the Tax R&D program

• Optimise current treasury practices to manage cash and investments.

Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit and develop top finance talent.

• Mentor the finance team to enhance skills and capabilities.

💫 To shine in this role you’ll bring

• 10+ years of Accounting and Finance experience

• CA or CPA qualification

• Experience working in a high growth tech SaaS business would be an advantage

• Confidence working with ERP systems and Excel

• The ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders

• A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to support a growing business
