About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Mid-Senior Graphic & Digital Designer to join our in-house Marketing team at Brighte. This role is responsible for bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint, from digital campaigns and social content to product marketing, internal communications, and beyond.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how Brighte shows up in the world, ensuring our visual identity is consistently applied, creatively elevated, and strategically aligned with our mission to make clean energy affordable and accessible for all.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and motion (where applicable). You'll help ensure : Brighte's visual identity is instantly recognisable and consistently applied across all touchpoints, strengthening brand recall and trust.
  • Manage and evolve Brighte’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and people teams to develop creative solutions that support campaigns, product launches, internal initiatives, and more.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that drive engagement and brand recognition. Our Marketing, Product, and People teams will actively seek your creative input and view you as a trusted partner in achieving their goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creativity with efficiency. You will establish efficient workflows and design systems that enable the team to produce high-quality work faster and more consistently.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. The templates, guidelines, and systems you maintain enable consistent quality output even as the company grows and team members change.
  • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development alongside the broader marketing team.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand, or visual communication roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI design tools.
  • Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is highly regarded.
  • Experience with director photography and photography are advantageous.
