About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Lead (Vendor Lifecycle) you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Brighte’s vendor and equipment retailer ecosystem. You will design, implement, and optimise segmented and automated journeys that engage, enable, and retain vendors while ensuring their active participation in Brighte’s partner programs.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be on the tools daily to build, test, and optimise while leading and coaching two direct reports.
About the Role
- Own the full vendor lifecycle - onboarding, activation, engagement retention, advocacy.
- Build and optimise automated journeys using HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools to scale personalised engagement.
- Identify churn signals and implement automated re-engagement strategies
- Increase vendor participation in Brighte’s partner programs, ensuring vendors are engaged, enabled, and activated.
- Jointly design and run partner programs with the Product team to drive top-of-funnel demand generation and improve lead conversion into financed projects.
- Report on program participation, funnel performance, and ROI.
- Lead the business unit that respond to internal marketing requests while maintaining and governing collateral to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Use Canva, Figma, and Atlassian tools to design, manage, and deliver campaigns and assets.
- Partner with sales and product on campaigns, events, and launches.
- Champion AI-first marketing, leveraging Copilot, automation tools, and data platforms to improve scale and efficiency.
- Manage and coach two direct reports while remaining hands-on by setting clear goals, allocating resources, and building capability.
What You'll Bring
- You bring fintech or platform experience. You’ve scaled vendor/partner ecosystems before and bring proven pattern recognition.
- You have B2B experience
- You're a hands-on operator who is on the tools daily, building and executing campaigns yourself.
- You are an AI & automation expert with deep knowledge of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and AI-driven systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Copilot, Zapier).
- You have a lifecycle & partner program mindset and are skilled at designing journeys and programs that drive retention and acquisition.
- You're commercially sharp with the ability to link vendor programs and marketing activity directly to lead conversion and MRR growth.
- You're a strong communicator and storyteller, experienced creating compelling collateral and running events that support sales.
- You are a leader-coach who is comfortable running a small team, setting direction, and executing alongside them.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry would be highly advantageous.
