About the Role
As the organisational anchor for the CEO, you'll help to drive efficiency, clarity, and momentum across priorities. The ideal candidate is a high performer who takes initiative, acts decisively, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You are energised by ambiguity, excel at anticipating needs, and are trusted to make sound decisions that keep the CEO and business moving forward
Please note this role requires in-office presence 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

  • Own and optimise the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is focused on high-value activities.
  • Proactively prioritise, balance commitments, and resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate needs and create structure around shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and schedules including preparation of detailed travel packs and ensure smooth transitions across time zones.
  • Draft, review, and manage communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment in all materials.
  • Manage incoming communications by triaging, prioritising, and responding professionally and discreetly.
  • Coordinate Board meetings and documentation in collaboration with Leadership Team and Company Secretary, including prep-work - set agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Support CEO’s participation in external boards and industry groups.
  • Quickly identify stakeholders, triage requests, and resolve issues, acting as the key liaison between CEO and stakeholders, while building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior leaders, partners, and board members.
  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives and special projects from conception to completion and identify opportunities to add value and streamline processes.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefing notes, and track progress on key deliverables.
  • Design and manage the annual calendar for Leadership Team events and activities and deliver supporting events and team-building activities.
  • Provide holistic support across professional and personal commitments.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience as an EA or PA supporting C-suite or senior executives, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives within financial institutions, adept at managing transactions and thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • You are autonomous and empowered, comfortable making decisions and acting on behalf of the CEO when required.
  • Tech-savvy with strong experience across administrative tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Canva and others).
  • Confident in leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to accelerate task completion, with a strong commitment to continuously learning and adopting more efficient ways of working.
  • You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident liaising with executives, board members, and partners.
  • You have high integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
  • You embrace ambiguity and thrive on change, adapt quickly, and remain focused in dynamic environments.
  • You bring a collaborative, inclusive mindset and comfortable working across all teams and functions.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver and anticipate challenges and resolve them before they escalate.
  • Happy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, responding to changes and anticipating impact across CEO’s activities
