Commercial Finance
- Develop and maintain commercial models that support planning and decision-making across the business

- Prepare management reporting, budget analysis and scenario modelling for leadership

- You bring strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of financial statements
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment with ability to juggle competing priorities
- You bring a project management and delivery experience and mindset - you can run a workstream, manage stakeholders and deliver to deadlines
- You’re self-motivated, highly organised, are able to work autonomously and are energised by a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- You’re a sharp analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and have the confidence to present findings clearly to senior leaders

Our Hiring Process - what to expect?
At Brighte, we use AI every day, and we hire people who do too. That's why all roles include an assessment which is designed to see how you put AI to work. There's no right tool (we use Claude, but you can use whatever you're most comfortable with), and there's no trick to it - we want to see how you think. We will talk about this in more detail if you are invited to a phone screen with our Talent team.
Towards the end of our hiring process, we require all candidates to undertake references and background checks, which include a police check, anti-money laundering and bankruptcy checks.
