This role follows a hybrid setup, giving you the flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on what helps you and your team do your best work. We trust our Canvanauts to find the balance that empowers them to achieve their goals.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Helping our Print customers with confidence and care: You’ll directly support users via email, live chat, and phone, using Canva’s policies and support tools to guide them through complex Print Quality issues. Your empathy and clear communication will turn challenges into great experiences.
- Being a trusted escalation point: You’ll step in to support CHT Specialists with quality-related queries, partnering with the CHT Print and User Voice teams to keep our customer experience bar-raising.
- Owning the technical side of print design troubleshooting: You’ll apply a deep understanding of print file design fundamentals — including file setup, colour management, resolution, and export settings — to help users identify and resolve design-related print issues with confidence.
- Spotting patterns and championing improvement: You’ll act as the voice of our users, identifying recurring issues and pushing for changes that fix the problem at its root.
- Flexing across user needs: Outside of design-specific questions, you’ll also jump in to help with general support queries as needed, based on ticket flow and team demand.
You’re probably a match if:
- You’re highly proficient in industry-standard design software and understand how print-ready files should be structured.
- You bring customer service experience that blends root cause investigation, empathetic resolution, and clear, confident communication.
- You have strong attention to detail and are always keen to learn, improve, and help evolve our workflows.
- You’re someone who gets things done — organised, focused, and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- You communicate with clarity and care, simplifying complex ideas while staying grounded in empathy and collaboration.
- You thrive in a 24/7 rotating shift environment, supporting customers across the globe with consistency and care.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Proficient knowledge of Canva and how to best design for print within the platform
- Solid understanding of prepress and printing standards, including colour modes like CMYK and RGB, and how to convert between them
- Production design experience, particularly in preparing files for professional output
- You’re based in the Greater Manila Area and open to working a shifting schedule on a hybrid setup
