Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

The buzzing Canva London campus features several buildings around beautiful leafy Hoxton Square in Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities. You’ll experience a warm welcome from our Vibe team at front of house, amazing home cooked food from our Head Chef and a variety of workspaces to hang out with your team mates or get solo work done. That said, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals and so you have choice in where and how you work.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

Right now, your focus will be to:

  • Act as a business partner to EMEA Sales leadership, supporting the region’s productivity strategy, performance management, and GTM evolution.

  • Drive regional forecasting cadence and performance analytics to improve forecast accuracy and funnel health.

  • Diagnose sales performance trends across markets / sub-regions and identify insights that inform coverage, enablement, and investment.

  • Support territory, segmentation, and account assignment strategy, accounting for market maturity, partner presence, and whitespace opportunity.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing, Enablement) to support GTM shifts and localization needs.

  • Support on CRM hygiene and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality and enable better visibility for sales and channel motions.

  • Play a key role in annual planning, owning inputs into headcount, productivity, account coverage, and carve out regional logic.

  • Balance execution and strategy, supporting day-to-day operational needs while helping Sales leadership challenge the status quo and evolve routes to market

You're probably a match if

  • You have 5–7 years of experience in Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps, or similar - ideally in SaaS with a regional GTM structure.

  • You bring hands-on experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams, with a strong understanding of the nuances across various sub-regions.

  • You understand how partner and channel sales models intersect with direct sales and can navigate both confidently.

  • You have strong analytical fluency - you're comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL is a plus.

  • You communicate clearly and with structure, synthesizing complex problems and driving alignment across teams.

  • You thrive in cross-cultural, cross-time zone environments and are comfortable with ambiguity, with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.

  • You combine strategic thinking with the humility to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

About the team

We’re building a high-impact Sales Operations team that serves as strategic co-pilots to our regional Sales leaders. As we scale, we're shifting to a more embedded Field Ops model where Sales Ops is fully integrated into the rhythm of the business, partnering with Sales to drive execution, surface insights, and evolve how we go to market.

This role is aligned to the EMEA Sales team and will be critical in helping us navigate the complexity of diverse markets, partner-led motions, and sub-region-specific GTM models across the region.

  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers
  • An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more
