Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design

Hiya, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

The buzzing Canva London campus features several buildings around beautiful leafy Hoxton Square in Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities.

You'll experience a warm welcome from our Vibe team at front of house, amazing home cooked food from our Head Chef and a variety of workspaces to hang out with your team mates or get solo work done. That said, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals and so you have choice in where and how you work.

About the team

You’ll be joining the International Supergroup, whose mission is to make Canva the most localised global product in the world. We work at the intersection of product, marketing, content, and go-to-market — collaborating closely with in-region teams to deeply understand and serve local users.

At Canva, we’ve just unlocked a huge opportunity in GPTN (Germany, Poland, Türkiye & Netherlands) and we’re building a dedicated regional team to understand, grow, and serve the unique needs of our users across the four countries.

About the role

As the Product Manager for GPTN (Germany, Poland, Türkiye & Netherlands), you’ll be the first dedicated product manager for this region. You’ll define and drive a multi-year strategy while serving as the key point of contact for all things product across the region. Whether it’s tailoring onboarding for new users, collaborating with Payments on preferred methods, building localised experiences for different user segments, or driving strategic content partnerships - your work will help unlock Canva’s full potential across the region.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Lead the regional product strategy - You’ll own and drive the GPTN (Germany, Poland, Türkiye & Netherlands) product roadmap, setting a compelling multi-year vision that ensures Canva feels truly local - across language, onboarding flows, payment experiences, and relevant content.

  • Unearth and action regional opportunities - You’ll identify high-impact, market-specific product initiatives by working closely with in-region teams, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data. You’ll translate complex user needs into prioritised, scalable product bets.

  • Collaborate to scale impact - Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in Growth, Marketing, and Content, you’ll ensure GPTN’s product priorities are aligned with global initiatives and that wins from the region are amplified across Canva.

  • Bridge global and local - As the key connector between GPTN’s market needs and global product teams, you’ll embed regional priorities into company-wide roadmaps - and help shape global products with regional insights.

  • Champion localised user experiences - You’ll advocate for user-first localisation by sharing regional insights and narratives that inspire truly empathetic product design across Canva. You’ll influence teams to think and build with a “truly local” mindset.

  • Shape new market strategies - You’ll drive entry plans into emerging GPTN markets — aligning product readiness and localisation with go-to-market efforts and operational execution to ensure launch excellence.

You're probably a match if

  • You have proven product management experience, including owning product strategy and working in cross-functional teams

  • You’ve shipped products in European markets (ideally German, Polish, Turkish or Dutch), and understand the nuanced cultural, commercial, and user dynamics

  • You’re a strong communicator and cross-functional leader who builds deep relationships and alignment across global teams. You combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution - and are happy to jump into the weeds when needed.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and approach product decisions from first principles lense.

  • You’re user-obsessed - deeply curious about behaviours, friction, and delight across diverse audiences.

  • You have experience in both B2C and B2B environments, and a proven ability to drive user engagement and growth.

  • Language skills in German, Polish, Turkish or Dutch are a bonus!

What's in it for you?

Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you'll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too. We also offer a range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.

Here's a taste of what's on offer:

  • Equity packages - we want our success to be yours too

  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers

  • An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more

  • Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally
