Job Description

About the Group/Team

We are the CJKI People Team, partnering closely with leaders in China, Japan, Korea, and India to deliver high-impact, regionally nuanced people strategies. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of our Canvanauts and foster an inclusive, scalable, and future-ready organization. From strategic partnerships to excellent executions, we’re deeply embedded in Canva’s growth journey across international markets.

About the Role/Specialty

This is a hybrid TA support role combining the superpowers of coordination and sourcing. As a TA Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on interview logistics and candidate experience. You’ll also spend around 30% of your time assisting with sourcing initiatives, researching the market, and helping recruiters engage the right talent. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• You’ll own scheduling for interviews across time zones, teams, and tools
• You’ll create magical candidate experiences through responsiveness and care, preparing them to be successful in the process
• You’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to optimize the interview process and experience
• You’ll assist in sourcing pipelines: identifying talents, screening profiles, and reaching out to passive candidates
• You’ll keep systems up to date and ensure data hygiene across tools
• You’ll support recruiting events or branding campaigns where needed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in coordination, HR operations, or TA support roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — you're someone who spots the small things others miss
• Proactive communicator who can confidently liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in developing sourcing skills and learning about the end-to-end recruitment process
• Experience using recruitment tools or scheduling platforms is a plus
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal – to coordinate with global teams and ensure a consistent candidate experience across regions
