The Role

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Constantinople, you will be a valuable technical leader, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex software solutions that form the engineering platform to improve our engineers' capability of delivering our banking platform.

You will work with teams across the company to integrate industry standards and best practices using CI/CD and SRE tooling to provide testability, reliability, scalability, and security.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the platform team to improve processes and efficiencies, and define a well-lit path for development across the company.
  • Educate and work with broader engineering teams to uplift productivity based on well-lit path.
  • Improve our capabilities in testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, resource management.
  • Improve our capabilities in observability through facilitating the improvement of our alerting, logging, and monitoring.
  • Facilitate the integration or rationalization of vendor services (external dev productivity tooling, third-party services etc).
  • Advocate for code quality and build on a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Experience with Platform engineering/DevOps best practices.
  • Strong technical background with experience enabling platform tooling.
  • Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships, adding to the company culture.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and ensure code reviews and best practices are followed
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate engineers.
  • Experience in AWS and/or multi-tenant SaaS preferred.
