The Role
At Constantinople, the Banking Product Operations team is a core part of delivering a seamless, reliable client experience. This is not a typical operations support role. You’ll work at the intersection of customer support, product operations, and engineering, helping to improve end-to-end banking processes using AI and automation while ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
In this role, you will own and execute key operational tasks, diagnose and resolve customer issues, and help shape the efficiency of our banking product through thoughtful analysis and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to product enhancements, influence operational workflows, and be part of building a scalable banking platform.
What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers on banking-related inquiries - onboarding, payment disputes, and general servicing.
- Own critical banking operational processes and content management
- Investigate and resolve issues by collaborating closely with engineering, compliance, and product teams - understanding banking compliance and regulatory requirements
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and partner with the product and engineering teams to automate or improve AI functionality
- Analyse operational data to uncover trends and opportunities for optimisation
- Ensure all customer interactions and operational processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
Who You Are
- Experience in financial services, fintech, operations, or customer support roles
- Naturally analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex systems
- A strong communicator and multi-tasker
- Excited about working with product and engineering teams to continuously improve systems
- Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end and thriving in a fast-moving environment
