The Role
The Banking Product Operations team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, reliable banking experience for our clients and their customers. This is not a traditional operations support role.
As a Banking Operations Specialist, you’ll operate at the intersection of customer support, banking operations, and problem-solving. You’ll own key operational processes, resolve complex customer issues, and work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to continuously improve how our banking products operate, leveraging automation and AI wherever possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely, high-quality support for banking-related customer inquiries, including onboarding, payments, disputes, and general account servicing
  • Own and execute day-to-day banking operational processes
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues by collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance teams
  • Apply a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to process and product enhancements
  • Ensure all customer interactions and operational activities meet internal quality, regulatory, and compliance standards

Who You Are

  • Experience in frontline customer support in a highly technical environment, along with prior experience with a banking proposition
  • A clear, confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable navigating complex systems and workflows
  • Curious and proactive
  • Excited to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
