We are seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at CTC. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will focus on turning sign-ups into paying customers through strategic onboarding, in-app messaging, email nurture campaigns, and viral growth loops. You will play a pivotal role in driving product-led growth and accelerating adoption, with a particular focus on creating seamless user journeys that encourage engagement and referrals.

Founded in 2018 by brothers Shane and Tim Brunette, CTC is on a mission to help people around the world understand their tax obligations better with simple, easy-to-use tools to help identify, track, and organise their crypto.
Key responsibilities- Onboarding & activation: Define and implement end-to-end onboarding strategies that convert new sign-ups into active users and paying customers.
- Feature release management and product comms: Collaborate with product leads to communicate new features to right-fit customers in a timely manner.
- Product-led growth: Identify and execute growth hacks or experiments that drive measurable improvements in key product metrics (e.g., sign-up to purchase rate, retention, referrals).
- Adoption & engagement: Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns that keep users engaged, informed, and satisfied at every stage of their journey. Work closely with the Product team to implement in-app prompts, tooltips, and feature announcements to drive feature adoption.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Development, and Customer Support teams to create cohesive messaging across multiple channels.
- Connect customer value with commercial objectives: Provide product marketing insights to influence feature prioritisation, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analytics & reporting: Set up, monitor, and analyse key growth metrics to inform decision-making and track success across experiments.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Product Marketing or Growth Marketing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record in growth marketing initiatives, including onboarding, nurture campaigns, and product-led growth strategies.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Ortto, HubSpot) and in-app messaging tools (e.g., Intercom) to drive customer engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Understanding of viral loops and customer referral strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
- Passion for cryptocurrency or technology trends.
