As a Sales Development Representative Manager with Employment Hero you will be working with your very own team of SDR's, your day will be a dynamic blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on collaboration. Picture starting your morning with a pulse check on your high-energy SDR team, rallying them for success. Dive into strategic planning sessions, where you'll be shaping innovative approaches to drive lead generation and optimise conversion rates. Expect engaging conversations with top-notch clients and prospects, showcasing the transformative power of Employment Hero's solutions.
You'll be at the forefront of empowering your team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous growth. With a finger on the pulse of the industry, you'll strategise and implement initiatives that keep Employment Hero ahead in the competitive landscape.
As a Sales Development Representative Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leadership and Performance:
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.
Coaching and Development:
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to nurture the professional development of each team member.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the SDR team.
- Streamline and optimise outbound prospecting processes to enhance productivity and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SDR activities with overall sales operations.
Lead Generation Strategies:
- Identify and explore new markets, lead sources, and innovative approaches to expand our reach.
- Develop and implement targeted outbound campaigns to drive lead-generation efforts.
- Implement effective reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track and analyse key performance metrics.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for strategic adjustments.
What will you bring
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing SDR teams in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
Innovation and Adaptability:
- Ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics, ensuring our lead generation strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate the team's achievements and challenges.
