Our Vietnam Hub is home to 330 outstanding Software Engineers who build and deploy our world-first products everyday. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll join our Technical Talent function in Vietnam and take responsibility for scaling this Hub and delivering all of our Software Engineering hiring needs at pace.

You’ll apply your specialist knowledge of technical roles and your deep recruitment expertise to find exceptional Software Engineering talent at all levels (from Junior to Senior Manager). You will also partner closely with our Engineering leaders across the business, advising on hiring strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of all their hiring needs. You will also play a critical role in identifying areas for operational improvement across our technical Talent function and working efficiently to implement solutions. You’ll live our We Invent value to introduce bold new ideas and ways of working to the team. Finally, you’ll balance quality and efficiency to deliver a fantastic candidate experience while hiring at volume and pace

Key Accountabilities

  • Talent Attraction: attract the best passive and active talent in the market, via a combination of employer brand campaigns, advertising, events and headhunting techniques. And strongly communicate Employment Hero’s mission, vision and culture, sharing our story with candidates
  • Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all Engineering candidates (both successful and unsuccessful).
  • Candidate assessment: Use a combination of interviews and technical assessments to identify the best-suited candidates for Employment Hero
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partner with our Engineering leaders to develop highly effective hiring strategies
  • Process improvements: Identify and deliver improvements across the Talent function, driving increased efficiency and operational excellence across the team
