What You'll Do

• Build and maintain custom WordPress functionality across a large-scale multisite platform
• Develop custom Gutenberg blocks, templates and reusable website components
• Build responsive user experiences using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Collaborate closely with designers, SEO specialists and growth teams to deliver high-quality website experiences
• Improve website performance, maintainability and user experience
• Use AI as a core part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery and improve decision making
• Take ownership of work from idea through to production

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with modern WordPress development, including custom Gutenberg blocks, themes, plugins and multisite environments
• Solid PHP and frontend engineering skills, including React and TypeScript
• Strong ownership and the ability to independently deliver production-ready solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is normal
• A strong eye for quality, usability and attention to detail
• AI is already a natural part of how you work, not something you're just starting to explore
• Comfortable collaborating remotely and communicating in English
