Founded in Australia in 2019, we have now helped over 500K patients globally by combining technology, design and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it - wherever they are.

Our 5 clinics (Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound) focus heavily on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

We’ve raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

In this role, you will be the owner of all the lifecycle flows that power the Juniper Program experience. You will be responsible for managing this to deliver the best patient experience, optimising for engagement, retention and monetisation.

  • Develop and implement sophisticated multi-channel, multi-platform lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Drive technically advanced execution of CRM strategies across various tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimise service and app engagement strategies
  • Drive the execution of experiences through various channels such as push notifications, SMS, email, in-app banners, video, etc…
  • Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Support the transition of Euc’s business model to a service-oriented approach, focusing on customer lifecycle management

About you (Who you are)

  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a lifecycle marketing role
  • You are curious and passionate about the technical implementation of multi-channel product experiences
  • You have the ability to adapt to and work with a variety of CRM tools and platforms
  • You’re happy to dive into Liquid syntax; experience working with 3rd party APIs and webhooks is a bonus
  • You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy tackling tasks that require creative problem-solving
  • You have experience in startup or agency environments and are comfortable with the pace and demands of a scale-up
