About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re looking for a lifecycle marketer who wants to create work that has a massive positive impact on the health and wellbeing of Aussie men in Australia. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the way lifecycle comms are deployed to support Pilot (a Eucalyptus brand) and its rapid growth trajectory, helping thousands achieve their health goals every day.
In your role, you’ll own email, SMS, organic social and other new lifecycle channels end-to-end. Launching new campaigns and flows every week, learning from content and segmentation that’s worked, and iterating on what hasn’t.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define the content calendar and pillars across different segments the conversion funnel and work with a team of copywriters and designers to bring content to life and help pave the way for telehealth in Australia.
As the Junior Lifecycle Marketer reporting to the Growth Lead, you will:
- Own email, SMS and organic social channels including content briefing, scheduling, content creation, reporting and iteration
- Work with a team of marketers, and creatives including copywriters, designers and videographer to brief new content and optimise existing creative
- Analyse data from a number of sources including: customer feedback, channel results, first-party data, and qualitative insights and to develop empathetic, user-centred content that connects and converts
- Identify Lifecycle journey opportunities to improve conversion metrics and execute on optimisation recommendations from new logic and segmentation, to different content angles
- Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly
- Determine baseline metrics and report on channel results on a weekly basis
About you (Who you are)
Essentials:
- Experience working with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign etc.)
- Working knowledge and interest in where email content has influenced key business decisions and outcomes
- Adaptability and an understanding of how to work to a specified tone and voice and with brand-led strategic messaging
- Ability to develop new content angles and confidence writing short and long-form content on behalf of a brand
Nice to have:
- Experience in health and wellbeing, with an ability to approach healthcare content with maturity, empathy and understanding
- Experience coordinating teams of writers to scale out functional capacity
- A track record for identifying insights form data to inform future comms and channel tactics
