We’ve raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a People Experience Manager on a 12 month maternity leave contract We believe that our company culture and employees’ experience are key to building and sustaining the high performance of our teams and business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, driving and scaling the programs that create an environment where Eucalypts are inspired to do their best work.
You’ll have plenty of space to be strategic, creative and hands-on. We’re looking for someone who’s a quick thinker, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is excited to craft world-class employee experiences that drive real impact. You’ll take the lead on our global people experience across all markets, working closely with local teams to tailor initiatives while ensuring cohesion and alignment at scale.
As a People Experience Manager you will:
- Design and evolve scalable global People programs such as onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, internal communications, and key culture rituals—ensuring consistency while adapting to local context
- Oversee the planning and delivery of communications, rituals and events that connect teams, celebrate wins, and align Eucalypts around our mission and values
- Leverage People data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve how we engage, recognise and support our people
- Identify and drive improvements across the People Experience function to ensure initiatives and programs remain relevant and high-impact
- Partner with cross-functional leads to ensure People Experience strategies are implemented and drive strong engagement, retention and performance outcome
- Oversee all functions of the office to ensure smooth daily operations, including the management and development of the office intern.
About you (Who you are)
The essentials:
- 5+ years experience in People & Culture, Employee Experience, or Internal Comms—ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact culture and engagement programs
- Strong ability to build influence and relationships at all levels of the business, including leadership
- Data-informed mindset, with experience using engagement surveys and people data to guide action
- A strategic thinker who is also happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for bringing people together
- A creative and empathetic leader, passionate about creating inclusive, joyful and purpose-driven workplace experiences
