About us

We’re making good health last a lifetime

More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

  • We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
  • Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

What’s next?

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.

If that gets you excited, let’s talk!

About The Role

Building the world’s largest digital healthcare company means lots of exciting challenges. We will be:

  • Scaling & improving our existing Weight offering
  • Launching new exciting product lines and treatments
  • Building a new men’s preventative healthcare brand

The Strategy & Ops Managers will work on the most pressing projects in the business, acting as a ‘swiss army knife’ to support leaders in our business such as our VP of Operations (scaling our existing Weight offering), Head of Product Expansion (launching new products) and General Manager, Compound (building the new brand). You will complete strategic analysis, collaborate with operations, product and growth to launch new initiatives, and be a thought partner to the leaders you work with.

No day will be the same; and your career path is yours to forge - for example, you could transition to leading a product line or function over time. If you’re hungry to make an impact, and excited to one day be a leader in a world-class business - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You will lead one or two projects at a time. Examples include:

Supporting the launch and iteration of a new product line:

  • Leading market research to develop and refine treatment, product or service propositions
  • Delivering on the operational launch of a new product line (e.g., setting up our patient services or supply chain, working with product to refine the patient experience)
  • Running experiments to validate go-to-market strategies or proposition changes

Driving ‘special projects’ in an existing product line

  • Scoping and delivering cross-functional initiatives (e.g., improving efficiency in a patient service team; a new retention initiative)
  • Identifing and negotiating with a new brand partner (e.g., gym partnership)
  • Leading commercial analysis and design of new offers within a product line (e.g., discounts, bundling, tiering)

Acting as a leader’s strategic partner

  • Supporting a leader set-up a new reporting or operating model for key initiatives
  • Working with analytics to deliver performance insights and make recommendations on changes

About You

Experience & Background

  • 3-4+ years in high-velocity, high-ownership environments - preferably including 2+ years in consulting/banking or equivalent structured problem-solving role
  • Exceptional problem solver with structured thinking - can break down ambiguous challenges, generate hypotheses, and test them systematically
  • Strong communication and execution focus - able to present complex ideas clearly and drive projects forward with incomplete information
  • Product sensibility - understanding of how to design things people want, whether through formal product experience or adjacent roles
  • High agency and comfortable with ambiguity - takes ownership, finds solutions, and thrives when priorities shift and new challenges emerge

Bonus Points

  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Experience building propositions or products that drive behaviour change
  • Previous startup or scale-up experience
