About Eucalyptus

We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians.

Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program.
  • Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan

About the role (What you'll be doing)

Our patient base in Germany is projected to grow rapidly - 5X in a year. This scale-up will increase our monthly consultations volumes & require us growing our doctor team.

As a Clinical Operations Associate (f/m/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring that we:

  1. can safely and efficiently scale clinical capacity in Germany, and
  2. maintain the highest patient-safety and care standards as we grow.

This role sits at the heart of clinical operations, working closely with doctors, clinical leadership, product, and operational partners to build the systems, processes, and relationships that enable sustainable, safe growth.

You will:

  • Manage doctor capacity and performance to support rapid patient growth, including scheduling and third-party provider relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new practitioners as the team scales.
  • Maintain safe, clear clinical protocols and patient content, ensuring alignment with EUC and German standards.
  • Provide clinical input into new services, tools, workflows, and AI features.
  • Document and streamline processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Lead operational and clinical improvement projects that enhance performance and safety.
  • Support strategic decision-making through research and clinical/market insights.

About you (Who you are)

  • Operationally strong: confident navigating tools, systems, dashboards, and Google Sheets (comfortable with data and structured problem-solving).
  • Clinical background in research, medical development, pharmacy, clinical operations, or a similar field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, ideally with experience managing external/3rd-party providers.
  • Experience in digital healthcare or a scaling health-tech environment.
  • Experience in weight-loss care, metabolic health, or GLP-1–based treatments (a strong plus).
  • Ex-consulting or operations experience is a plus (structured thinking, project ownership, analytical skills).
  • Fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ambiguity is normal and ownership is high.
