About the role (What you'll be doing)

You are a writer, and will be a key voice in bringing Juniper's stories to life across every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Senior Copywriter, your mission is to write compelling, high-quality copy that works hard at every stage of the funnel—from the first ad someone sees to the landing page that converts them, and every touchpoint in between.

Your role is to ensure our messaging translates seamlessly across the entire customer journey—maintaining our brand voice, delivering on our strategic drivers, and adapting your writing to what each channel and stage of the funnel demands. You'll write everything from punchy headlines and persuasive body copy to email flows and web content that converts.

At Juniper, we believe that great copy drives performance. Your success is defined by your ability to write copy that not only sounds good, but converts—whether that's stopping thumbs on social, building trust on a landing page, or reassuring customers in a post-purchase email.

We'll also expect you to:

  • Write Copy Across the Full Funnel: Create copy for ads (social, display, search), landing pages, email, SMS, web, and every other touchpoint in the customer journey. Ensure messaging is consistent and compelling from awareness through to conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate on Storytelling: Work with the Senior Copywriter to develop campaign narratives and creative concepts, then execute that thinking across all the touchpoints where customers interact with Juniper.
  • Translate Strategy into Copy: Take briefs from the Brand Strategy Lead and Senior Copywriter and turn strategic direction into copy that delivers. If the brief says "unlock Trust", you know whether that means leading with clinical credibility, customer testimonials, or founder voice.
  • Optimise for Each Touchpoint: Understand that what works in a Meta ad won't work in an EDM. Adapt your writing to suit the channel, the audience mindset, and where they are in the funnel—while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Write for Performance: Work closely with the Performance team to understand what's working in-market. Use data and testing insights to refine your copy, iterate quickly, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain Brand Voice & Quality: Ensure everything you write feels authentically Juniper—empathetic, credible, supportive—while meeting the high craft standards set by the Senior Copywriter.
  • Turn Complex into Simple: Take product benefits, clinical information, and brand positioning and translate them into copy that's easy to understand, relatable, and compelling.
  • Move Fast Without Sacrificing Craft: Deliver high volumes of copy across multiple campaigns and channels while maintaining quality. Know when to polish and when to ship and iterate.

About you (Who you are)

  • Experienced Multi-Channel Copywriter: 3-5 years writing copy for performance marketing, brand campaigns, or in-house creative teams. You've written across digital channels and understand how copy needs to adapt for different formats and funnel stages.
  • Performance-Minded: You understand that great copy drives results. You're comfortable working with performance data, A/B testing, and using insights to improve your work.
  • Versatile Writer: You can write a punchy Meta ad, a persuasive landing page, a reassuring email, and a compelling TVC script—and you know how each one needs to be different.
  • Brand Voice Champion: You can adopt and maintain a consistent brand voice across everything you write, even when adapting tone and style for different channels and audiences.
  • Collaborative: You work well with designers, strategists, and performance marketers. You understand that great work comes from collaboration, not working in silos.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—the word that's slightly off, the sentence that could be tighter, the tone that doesn't quite match the brand. You care about craft.
  • Fast Learner: You can quickly understand complex product benefits, clinical information, and brand strategy, then translate that into accessible, compelling copy.
  • Empathetic & Culturally Aware: You understand that Juniper operates in a sensitive category. Your writing reflects empathy, credibility, and respect for the audience's journey.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift, campaigns launch quickly, and you're writing for multiple projects at once.
