As Global Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech, you’ll lead technical hiring across EMEA and APAC, shaping how we attract, hire, and develop world-class engineering, product, and data teams. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine hands-on delivery with global strategic influence, driving the tech talent strategy and scaling a high-performing team.
You’ll have the autonomy to define and implement frameworks, processes, and programs while partnering with global Talent leadership to align hiring strategy and elevate our employer brand.

What You’ll Do
Technical Hiring & Team Leadership
- Drive hiring strategies across multiple technical disciplines, applying tailored approaches for each function while ensuring consistency and scalability. Tackling hard-to-fill or critical roles, and leading global/high-stakes searches.
- Lead and develop small team of talent partners, driving performance, accountability, and growth
- Act as an escalation point for senior stakeholders and complex hiring challenges
- Build a high-performing, psychologically safe team through strong mentorship, coaching, and clear feedback
Strategy, Stakeholders & Workforce Planning
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) to align hiring with business goals and forecasts
- Consolidate hiring plans across functions into clear, prioritised roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor on org design, team composition, and hiring trade-offs
Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Build and implement scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and tools in partnership with Talent leadership
- Use data and insights to track performance, inform resourcing decisions, and drive improvements
- Lead retrospectives and guide the team in identifying risks and opportunities across hiring
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen employer brand and attraction strategies across key technical roles and markets
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across regions
- Drive initiatives to improve diversity and long-term pipeline health
Who You Are
- Experienced Talent leader with a strong track record across technical hiring (engineering, product, or data) across multiple markets
- Proven experience leading multi-functional or regional teams in high-growth environments
- Strong coach and mentor — able to develop senior team members and uplift overall team capability
- Confident stakeholder partner — experienced working with senior and executive leaders
- Data-driven and commercially minded, able to translate hiring performance into business impact
- Experienced in building scalable systems, not just operating within them
- Clear, concise communicator with strong opinions and high standards
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
