About the role (What you'll be doing)

This role exists to build and scale the operational engine behind our prescriber network in Germany.

As our patient base grows rapidly, we need strong operators who can ensure our prescriber operations run reliably, efficiently, and at high quality — without constant oversight.

As a (Senior) Operations Associate, Prescriber Operations (f/m/d) , you will own the day-to-day performance, capacity planning, and operational improvement of our prescriber ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with Prescribers, Product, Tech, Customer Support, and Leadership to ensure we scale sustainably while maintaining a great patient experience.

This is not a medical role. It is an ownership-driven operations role focused on structure, problem solving, and execution in a fast-scaling healthcare environment.

You will identify bottlenecks before they become patient friction, capacity constraints, or quality risks — and solve them at the root.

As an Prescriber Operations Associate (f/m/d), you will:

  • Own prescriber capacity planning by forecasting demand and aligning supply to support sustainable growth
  • Track and improve operational performance across core KPIs such as response times, utilisation, and throughput
  • Oversee day-to-day prescriber operations, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Support onboarding and operational readiness of new prescribers as the network scales
  • Partner with Product and Tech to improve workflows, internal tools, and overall prescriber experience
  • Build and refine scalable processes that increase consistency, efficiency, and reliability
  • Maintain clear operating standards to ensure quality as we grow
  • Lead high-impact operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen patient experience

About you (Who you are)

  • 3–5 years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability — you structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
  • Comfortable working with data and KPIs to inform decisions (alongside strong spreadsheet skills)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders with different priorities and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Ownership-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Nice to have : Experience in digital health, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms; exposure to regulated environments
  • Nice to have : Fluent in German (written and spoken)
