About the role (What you’ll be doing)

CORE (Conversion, Outcomes, Retention, Excellence) is the operational engine within Clinical Operations, turning clinical insight into measurable impact across the patient journey, from signup and consult through to onboarding, adherence and long-term retention.

By identifying and resolving friction at every stage of care, CORE improves access, reduces unnecessary drop-off and helps deliver safe, high-quality clinical experiences at scale.

As a Clinical Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day execution of this work across the the patient experience, working closely with clinical, operational and product teams to identify opportunities, solve operational problems and implement improvements that drive better patient and business outcomes.

Examples of what this looks like in practice include:

  • Improving patient understanding, adherence and outcomes
  • Ensuring the right patient receives the right treatment at the right time
  • Designing clinical experiences that are both safe and scalable
  • Reducing unnecessary drop-off throughout the consult journey
  • Improving operational efficiency across clinical workflows

You will work cross-functionally with clinical, operational and product teams to identify friction, solve operational problems and implement improvements that impact patient conversion, outcomes and retention.

Operating at the intersection of clinical care, operations and growth, you’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution to improve the patient experience while maintaining high standards of clinical safety and quality.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and improve friction points across the patient journey, from signup and consult through to onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Support improvements to the consult experience reducing unnecessary drop-off and helping patients access the right treatment at the right time
  • Analyse patient and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, product and support teams to design and implement scalable process improvements
  • Action audit findings and support improvements that enhance patient safety and patient outcomes
  • Contribute to safety and quality reporting, clinical indicators and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Triage clinical incidents for serious safety events to support timely risk mitigation
  • Build and improve workflows, SOPs and operational processes to support safe, efficient and high-quality care
  • Monitor key metrics including conversion, adherence, retention and patient safety
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
