Reporting to the SDR Team Lead (based in Melbourne), this role focuses on booking high quality outbound meetings for our Account Executive team to hold. You will be interacting with a large variety of businesses across multiple sectors, selling Firmable’s proposition and benefits to them. This role is responsible for generating new pipeline for the business assisting to drive our outbound GTM process. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maximise conversion rates and provide valuable insights to the leadership team on sales trends and opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and engaging decision-makers via outbound channels, primarily phone and email
- Booking high-quality, well-qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Firmable’s solutions effectively
- Nurture prospects by providing valuable advice and insights to convert them to opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing on email templates, sequences, and strategies to maximise conversion
- Ensure the HubSpot CRM and related systems are up to date with accurate and relevant information, including records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications
- Provide customer insights, product feedback and requests to relevant internal teams/stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years proven experience in a sales-focused or target-driven role (B2B SaaS a bonus, not a must)
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having thoughtful commercial conversations
- Curious, coachable and motivated to improve your craft
- Experience working with database and sales prospecting tools like Firmable a big plus (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, etc)
- Experience with key systems including HubSpot is desirable; a willingness to learn new tools is a must!
- Be self-driven, highly curious and a keen problem solver
