Digital Marketing Specialist sits at the heart of how Firmable grows its digital presence across ANZ, SEA, and the US. You will get hands on every part of digital marketing: paid campaigns, SEO, content production, email, and CRO. This is an execution-first role with real room to shape strategy as you grow.

This is not a single-channel role. You'll run paid across LinkedIn and Google, own SEO execution, produce content at AI-native scale, partner with our web developer on CRO experiments, and manage email nurture in HubSpot. You'll think commercially: pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics.

~75% hands-on execution: campaigns, content, SEO, experiments. ~25% analysis, strategy, and shaping how digital scales as we grow.

What You'll Own

  • Paid campaigns: planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels; using AI tooling to accelerate creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis

  • SEO and organic growth: keyword research, on-page optimisation, content briefs; staying across AI search and GEO trends to help Firmable build visibility beyond traditional search

  • Content production: using AI tools to produce and distribute content at a pace and volume a traditional marketer couldn't match - blogs, social copy, email campaigns, landing pages, ad creative, without sacrificing quality

  • CRO and experimentation: working with our web developer to run structured experiments on the site; testing landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows to improve pipeline contribution

  • Email and nurture: building and managing email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot to move leads through the funnel effectively

  • Performance reporting: tracking and reporting on channel performance regularly; knowing what's working, what isn't, and bringing recommendations to improve results across every digital touchpoint

  • Multi-market support: supporting digital activity across ANZ, SEA, and the US from day one; contributing to localised campaign thinking as we scale into new markets

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

  • 1 to 2 years in a digital marketing role, ideally B2B SaaS or technology

  • Hands-on experience across at least two of: paid social, SEM, SEO, email marketing, or CRO; genuine generalists with a track record of execution strongly preferred

  • Data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics: you can read a dashboard, spot what matters, and translate it into action

  • Bias for action: you default to doing, you're comfortable with iteration, and you don't wait for perfect information before moving

  • Curious about B2B, sales technology, and the data intelligence space: you want to understand the product, the customer, and the market, not just run the campaigns

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same

  • You live and breathe AI tools. You use AI for creative production, competitive research, performance analysis, audience insight, and workflow automation as your default way of working, not a productivity experiment. You have a point of view on which tools are worth using and why, and you're always looking for new ones. In 2026, this is how a single digital marketer produces the output of a team and you need to already be doing it.

Highly Valued

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform

  • Experience with AI search, GEO, or other emerging discovery channels

  • Prior experience marketing B2B data, sales intelligence, or revenue tech products

  • Startup or scale-up background where you've had to build the standard, not inherit it
