Who we are looking for

If you can really own Marketing then we want you!... but… this is not a simple desk-based role; this is a chance to make your mark, own and set-up the Marketing organisation you have always dreamt, both in Australia and globally. Come join our team at FrankieOne as Head of Marketing. You will drive and run Marketing as a player/coach, which will involve attracting new clients, building out our brand, developing our Marketing plan across our channels, and building out the Marketing team and function. This is a crucial addition to the Leadership team at FrankieOne where you will materially shape the future of a game-changing category creator.

Our team continues to build enterprise-grade SaaS solutions that create huge value for our customers. Our product has created its own momentum and we have already signed three of the top four banks and many leading fintechs without having a sales function in place! We are kicking huge goals in the enterprise market and making a massive impact in the financial services sector.

You have

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on leader who has been successful in building teams, supporting team members
• Marketing Operations experience, covering the full campaign delivery lifecycle from design, build, test through to deployment, including change management
• Heaps of energy and a true passion for leadership
• Exceptional attention to detail, with experience presenting complex solutions to a C-Level audience

You will

• Develop the strategy to expand and penetrate target markets (Australia and beyond) and accelerate growth with a compelling value proposition
• Drive brand and communications strategies in order to create a compelling narrative and drive brand awareness and affinity amongst the target audience
• Achieve strong-positive ROI marketing outcomes at scale through an innate understanding of our growth drivers
• Oversee and support the creation and delivery of creative, compelling and successful campaigns and initiatives
