We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive our enterprise strategy, accelerate content adoption, and foster relationships with our most valuable customers. You’ll leverage your experience to set new industry standards and elevate Go1’s partnerships to the next level.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Cultivating and expanding relationships with enterprise customers to ensure their goals are achieved and exceeded.
  • Lead seamless implementation and deployment of Go1's content solutions by collaborating with our Onboarding, Content, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Building trusted, multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to shape our enterprise roadmap and enhance customer experiences.
  • Driving efficiencies in collaboration with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, from C-suite executives to investors and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and strategic impact.
  • Pioneering new processes and ideas that contribute to Go1’s future success.
  • Utilizing analytical insights to develop and execute long-term account strategies for sustainable growth.

What will make us excited about you:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior or enterprise-level customer success role.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical, contractual, and financial value points to stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers with confidence.
  • A curious mindset, always seeking ways to optimize, innovate, and stay ahead of the curve.
