Product Manager
Go1
At Go1, we’re on a mission to enable companies to achieve the impossible by maximizing the potential of their people. From a small startup to the world’s largest aggregator of learning content, we’ve grown by solving hard problems, embracing ambiguity, and never standing still.
If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don’t have all the answers — and that’s the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There’s still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...
About Go1

We bring together high-quality learning content and make it simple for teams to find, manage, and roll out learning across their organization. Our customers use Go1 to support personalized employee development, meet compliance needs, and keep skills up to date. Go1 supports millions of learners around the world.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build, launch, and scale a new compliance product.
Your job is to take an initial product concept, make it real, and get it into the hands of customers quickly. That means operating with velocity and pragmatism – sharpening the MVP, making clear trade-offs, and shipping early versions so we can learn in market and adjust course.
You’ll work directly with users to pressure-test the product as it’s being built, not in long discovery phases, but through real usage and feedback. You’ll focus on the critical paths that reduce manual effort, increase confidence, and make compliance execution feel easier.
You’ll design and ship AI-assisted workflows that help organisations manage compliance. You’ll move quickly while holding a high bar for accuracy, trust, and explainability.
You’ll break the work into small, high-impact releases. You’ll ship, measure adoption, and iterate based on evidence rather than opinion. Success isn’t launching features, it’s seeing the product used, trusted, and relied on in real compliance workflows.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, content, legal, and GTM teams to keep momentum high and decisions clear. You’ll surface risks early, make calls with imperfect information, and help the team move forward without getting stuck.
This role is best suited to someone who likes building while learning, not waiting for perfect clarity before shipping.
Who You Are
This role is optimized for capability, not title.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are a 0→1 builder: You’ve taken ambiguous problems and turned them into shipped products.
- Have strong product fundamentals: Clear problem framing, ruthless prioritisation, and outcome-oriented thinking.
- Are comfortable working with AI: You understand how modern AI systems work and how to design responsibly with them.
- Have grit: You don’t stall when things are unclear or messy.
- Bias to action: You ship, learn, and adjust with velocity.
- Think commercially: You care whether a product can be sold, adopted, and trusted.
Experience We’re Open To
- Typically 3+ years of product management experience, but this is not a hard requirement
- We’ll hire at PM or Senior PM level depending on demonstrated capability
- Experience in compliance, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or regulated environments is a plus, but not required
Open to candidates in on the East Coast of Australia. This is a remote role.
