We are looking for high-agency engineers who have the passion to solve complex problems and the drive to own the solution from the first line of code to the final user interaction.

The Role: Accountability & Ownership

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Haast, you’ll own the design and development of the customer-facing side of our AI platform. You’ll architect new features, fine-tune performance, and craft polished interfaces in Svelte that feel seamless and intuitive.

This is a role for someone who wants to move fast, ship often, and see the direct impact of their work.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Feature Ownership: You take full accountability and own the end-to-end architecture of our Svelte-based front end

• Product-Led Engineering: You don’t just build what’s asked; you challenge "why" and "how" to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our users.

• Full-Stack Agility: You’ll move seamlessly between crafting polished, high-performance UIs in Svelte and building scalable, intelligent logic in Python.

• Drive Quality: You champion clean code, automated testing, and a "ship fast, but never broken" mentality.

• Team Player: You thrive in a team where ideas are challenged, knowledge is shared, and everyone is focused on the same mission.

What you’ll bring

While our stack is Svelte and Python, we believe great engineers can master any tool. We care about your ability to think like a product owner, your obsession with quality, and your drive to move the needle for our users.

If you have deep experience in React, Vue, Node, or Go and you understand how to build reliable, scalable web apps - we want to talk to you.
