About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our continued growth and scaling.

This role is well suited to a Talent Acquisition professional who is confident owning their recruitment processes end to end, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and is excited to continue developing their impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’ll play a key role in hiring high-performing talent in multiple domains, while contributing to the evolution of our hiring practices through data, AI, and innovative recruitment solutions.

Job requirements
  • Solid experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a global fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.

  • Demonstrated experience hiring non-technical/commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) - Big advantage.

  • Confidence working with hiring managers and stakeholders, with the ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes.

  • Experience managing multiple open roles in a dynamic, scaling business.

  • A proactive and creative approach to sourcing, with familiarity across modern recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.

  • Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and data to drive efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition.

  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and motivation to continue learning and growing within the role.

Job responsibilities
  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for roles in Israel, from intake to offer.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using a range of tools, platforms, and creative approaches.

  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a balance of speed, quality, and candidate experience.

  • Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey at every stage of the hiring process.

  • Take an active part in talent acquisition–related projects.

  • Use data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to improve hiring efficiency, optimise processes, and support better decision-making.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team.
