About Us ๐Ÿš€
Immutable is the worldโ€™s fastest-growing game platform, built to power the next generation of games. We aim to drive the next evolution of gaming, combining performance, digital ownership and cutting-edge technology to help games grow and succeed. At the intersection of AI-driven analytics, high-performance growth tools, and seamless digital ownership, our technology helps studios attract, engage, and scale player communities across both Web2 and Web3.
Founded in 2018, Immutable is one of Australiaโ€™s fastest companies to reach unicorn status, raising more than AUD $400M+ with a valuation of AUD $3.5B. Today, more than 700 games are building on Immutable, and industry leaders like Ubisoft have chosen us as their partner for the future of gaming.
Over 6 million players use Immutable Passport, our unified identity enabling frictionless cross-game experiences, and our Immutable Audience platform has become the fastest-growing SaaS product line in our history. We're scaling rapidly, backed by a global team of creators, engineers, and gamers united by one mission: to build the most valuable growth layer in gaming and redefine how games launch, scale, and succeed. ๐Ÿš€
About The Role ๐Ÿค”:
Immutable is on a mission to help more games launch successfully using our next-generation monetisation and growth products. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to contribute to this work. In this role, you will turn insights from data and customer research into powerful and intuitive tools that help studios launch and grow successful games. You will work across product, engineering, and commercial teams to prioritise the right problems, ship impactful features, and create a repeatable product-led growth engine for studios building on Immutable.

You'll Be Empowered To ๐ŸŽฎ:

  • Define and own the roadmap for customer growth products that directly impact how studios launch, scale, and retain players. You will set clear priorities that balance customer outcomes with technical feasibility and business value.
  • Partner with BD, Commercial, and Data teams to identify key customer segments, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure that every product decision supports the wider GTM strategy.
  • Use data and customer insights to pinpoint where studios experience friction in their lifecycle, from onboarding to monetisation, and translate those findings into concrete product improvements.
  • Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and partner workshops to deeply understand studio workflows and identify new ways Immutable can help them succeed.
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure product performance, and iterate quickly using evidence-based learning.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality SaaS features on time, ensuring clarity of requirements, technical alignment, and a shared definition of success.
  • Build simple frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs such as studio conversion, activation rate, retention, and partner satisfaction. You will use these metrics to demonstrate clear product impact and guide the next iteration of the roadmap.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress in a clear and structured way that aligns everyone on the same outcome.

We'd Love You To Bring ๐Ÿค:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or growth, ideally within SaaS, gaming, or other technology-led environments.
  • A proven ability to build and scale products from zero to one or through rapid iteration cycles in fast-moving settings. You have worked in a top startup or scale-up where ownership, creativity, and pace were essential.
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers, understand architectural trade-offs, and make informed decisions about data models, integrations, and APIs.
  • A track record of using data to shape product decisions. You know how to design experiments, interpret results, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity about how studios operate, make decisions, and define success. You can turn qualitative feedback and quantitative analysis into meaningful product direction.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills that allow you to influence and align executives, engineers, designers, and commercial partners around a shared vision.
  • A structured yet creative approach to problem-solving, balancing discovery and delivery while keeping an eye on measurable outcomes.
  • Product taste and attention to detail that favour simplicity and clarity. You understand when to experiment and when to polish for long-term value.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort working at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market teams. You can connect product outcomes directly to business growth.

Bonus Points For โœ…:

  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, AppsFlyer, or LaunchDarkly
  • Experience working with engineering teams using technologies like AWS, TypeScript, React, or Node.js
  • Understanding of the gaming or marketing technology ecosystem, or experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Curiosity about how games acquire, retain, and monetise players across both Web2 and Web3 contexts
